Pay to Play Terms and Conditions
Please note that players must be aged 12 years to 18 years at time of booking.
By ticking the " I HAVE READ AND AGREED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" box on the entry form and submitting your entry, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1.Playmoresport.org agrees to provide sessions as described in our programme and elsewhere on our website.
2. In the event of light rain, sessions will take place as normal.
3. In the event of extreme weather conditions the sessions will be cancelled. (Please note Matchplay members will not be refunded for individual sessions but pay to play players won’t be charged.)
4. Participants must wear appropriate footwear (ie tennis shoes, trainers - please, no football or astro boots ) and appropriate sports wear.
5. Participants must take responsibility for providing themselves with refreshments etc. We suggest water or cordial rather than "fizzy" drinks. (You can purchase refreshments at the Parklangley Club if you wish)
6. You agree to pay "‘Playmoresport.org" the full amount for all places booked. If you give notice of cancellation more than 48 hours in advance you won’t be charged. Failure to attend without giving 48 hours notice will result in payment in full being due to playmoresport.org. We will exercise this right at our discretion.
