Tennis Matchplay ~ terms
The Sessions. [Go to application form]
Each session will be 90 minutes long and will be supervised by a professional coach. Whilst this is not a substitute for coaching, it is an opportunity for the players to improve the quality of their doubles game and to pick up hints and tips from the supervising coach and also from other players.
Waiting List. [Go to application form]
When we reach the limit for new subscriptions, we will add a notice to our website and any further applicants will be put on a waiting list in order of time of application and will be notified in order when/if a place becomes available.
Weather. [Go to application form]
• In the event of light rain, sessions will continue as usual.
• In the event of heavy rain, sessions will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

In addition to the regular Saturday sessions, we will also be introducing Box Leagues in which players will play each other (at times other than Saturday Matchplay times) to compete for prizes. Registered players can also take part in our Summer Holiday & Half Term programmes at no extra cost.
N.B. It will be a requirement that the family has membership of The Parklangley Club “Tennis for Free” scheme which is a once only payment of £12.00 for lifetime membership for ALL the family. (If your family is already a member of this scheme, then you will not have to pay this fee again). Details are on the Parklangley Club

Summer/Autumn Programme (29 July 2009 to 12 December 2009) - £45.00
NB Term time venue will be on Saturdays (1-2.30 or 2.30-4pm) at Croydon Road Recreation Ground and the holiday/half-term venue will be
The Parklangley Club BR3 3AF on Wednesdays (1-2.30 or 2.30-4pm).
The annual average cost per session will be only £2.50.
We will NOT be operating a “Pay to Play” scheme except during the holiday programme at Parklangley for those who are not "Matchplay" players.
Refund Policy
Should you decide that you do not wish to continue the sessions, we require 1 months notice in advance.
Refunds will be given determined by the number of sessions left in the term minus a £10.00 administration fee.
We believe that we have constructed a package that represents great value for money and a unique opportunity for young people to get involved in tennis.
